Skate fitting service

A personal skate fitting service that complements our normal customer service by booking an hour. By booking an appointment, you avoid waiting, and we can prepare to serve your needs in the best possible way.

Remote expert service

Do you need help choosing the right product, model or size? Contact us and book an online appointment with our remote expert.

In this virtual remote expert service, our expert serves you remotely via video connection. The service includes, for example, product consultation and demonstrations or remote consultation for foot measurement and skate fitting via video connection from our store. Also, fitting and purchasing skates can be done remotely using this service. Before booking an appointment, we recommend that you read our How to buy skates and Buying skates remotely instructions.

Sharpening service

Figure skate blades should be sharpened at regular intervals. A blade that is too dull makes training and development difficult. The sharpening interval is affected by the amount of training, the blade profile and the skater's individual needs. For a beginner skating school student, sharpening twice a year is often enough, while for a competitive skater, the need may be every month, for example. The skater knows when the blade is starting to become too dull, but coaches and experts in the field can also check the condition of the blade. We recommend that only figure skate maintenance professionals sharpen skates.

Podiatrist service

Pain in your feet, incorrect positions in your toes? Are your skates pressing? Do you need a consultation on choosing skates? Expert help with lower limb problems, preventing ailments and improving performance. As Lucky Skate's range of services expands, appointments can now also be booked with a podiatrist.
