Fitting and purchasing skates can now be conveniently done remotely via our virtual sales service!

We also want to serve our customers who live further away in the best possible way. If you are unable to come to our store to try on your skates, you can book a virtual sales appointment with us, and we will help you choose the right skate and size. In this virtual remote sales service, our expert will serve you from our store via video connection.

In order to individually select the right skate boot and measure the size (length and width) as accurately as possible, we need the following information about the skater:

• Age
• Length
• Weight
• Sub-sport (e.g. solo skating, ice dancing, formation skating)
• Skating sessions per week / level (e.g. debutant)
• The lengths of the soles of both feet from heel to big toe, measured while standing
• Foot circumference / estimated foot width (narrow/normal/wide) measured while sitting
• Brand, model, size and last of the skates currently in use

During the virtual sales meeting, skate purchases can be made immediately through our online store. Online store orders always include one free exchange and return right.
