Warranty

The warranty is subject to the product being used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. Lucky Skate may be released from warranty liability if it is determined that the product's deterioration or breakage is due to an accident, improper use of the product or other similar circumstances. Similarly, if it is later discovered, for example by the manufacturer or a service center, that the product has been broken due to the customer's negligence, Lucky Skate Oy has the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred for the repair.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer must notify Lucky Skate Oy of the defect within a reasonable time from the time the buyer discovered the defect or should have discovered it. The consumer must deliver the product to Lucky Skate Oy within two weeks of the notification of the defect. Lucky Skate will charge the customer for unjustified returns or warranty repairs according to the current price list.

The warranty on skates is 3 months - 6 months depending on the manufacturer. The blades have a 1 year warranty.

Complaints

In case of possible incorrect deliveries and other complaints, always first contact Lucky Skate Oy by email at info@luckyskate.fi or by phone at 010 423 6680.
