Shipping policy

General

The following terms apply to online transactions (e-commerce) between Lucky Skate Oy and its customers. All rights to the content of the service belong to Lucky Skate Oy. The terms of delivery have been in effect since September 24, 2018.

All our prices include a 24% value-added tax (VAT) and are stated in euros (€). We reserve the right to cancel a transaction or adjust pricing if the ordered product or its price does not reflect the actual market price due to a technical error in the online store or human error. We reserve the right to change prices and terms. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms of delivery.

Delivery time

Orders are usually processed on the next business day after the order is received, resulting in a delivery time of 2-5 business days. If the customer selects skate mounting and/or sharpening, the delivery time may be longer, approximately 2-7 business days. If, for any reason, the delivery is delayed, Lucky Skate Oy is not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs incurred by the customer.
