These delivery terms and conditions describe the delivery terms and conditions of Lucky Skate Oy (Business ID: 1080219-7). The delivery terms and conditions include information about the online store's delivery methods and prices, return policies, and payment methods, among other things.

General
The following terms and conditions apply to the online trading of Lucky Skate Oy and its customers (online store). All rights to the content of the service belong to Lucky Skate Oy. The delivery terms and conditions are valid from 24.9.2018.

All our prices include 24% VAT and are stated in euros (€). We reserve the right to cancel the transaction or make price changes if the ordered product or its price does not correspond to the actual market price due to, for example, a technical error in the online store or human error. We reserve the right to change prices and terms. When ordering, the customer agrees to these delivery terms.
Delivery time
We usually process orders on the next business day after receiving the order, so the delivery time is 2-5 working days. If the customer chooses to have the skates fixed and/or sharpened, the delivery time may be longer, 2-7 working days. If for some reason the delivery is delayed, Lucky Skate Oy is unfortunately not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs incurred by the customer.

Pick up from store
Pick-up is always free. Pick-up is possible from our Paloheinä store during our store's opening hours.
Letter
All orders sent by letter are delivered as 2nd class letters, so they will generally arrive at the recipient within 2-5 business days of sending. There is no tracking code for letter shipments.
Travel assistance
Your order can be picked up at the nearest Matkahuolto office or parcel machine, usually within 2-5 business days of dispatch.
Postnord
Your order can be picked up from the nearest Postnord pickup point, usually within 2-5 business days of dispatch.
Pick-up from Posti or parcel machine
Your order can be picked up at the nearest Posti office or parcel locker, usually within 2-5 business days of dispatch.
Online store orders include one (1) free exchange/return.
Payment methods
Online payments - Klarna Oy
Klarna Oy (2247127-6) operates as a payment intermediary service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Klarna offers payment options such as card and direct payment, invoice and partial payment. For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Klarna Oy appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Klarna Oy has a payment institution license.

Online banks
The payment intermediary service related to online banking payments is implemented by Klarna Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's perspective, the service works just like traditional online payments.
Returns
Purchases have a 30-day right of exchange and return, calculated from the moment of receipt of the goods. Returned products must be in unopened packaging and in saleable condition. If these conditions are met, the customer can get their money back if they do not want to exchange the product.
We do not grant a unilateral right of cancellation for products made at the customer's request or specially ordered. The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made products, pre-attached shoe and blade combinations, customized skate shoes, or products ordered from outside our range. In the event of cancellation, any costs incurred by the order will be charged in full to the buyer.
The right to exchange and return does not apply to socks, tights, leotards, underwear, used skates and blades, or the above-mentioned special and custom-made products.
Sale products purchased from the store are not eligible for exchange or return.
We process customer returns from the online store within 14 days.
Return instructions
Return of a product purchased from an online store
You can return or exchange an unused and resaleable product free of charge within 30 days of receiving the order. For international shipments, the customer pays the shipping costs for the return.
Before returning the products, please ensure that the products are in unopened packaging and in saleable condition. Fill out the return form that came with your order. Use the return label that came with your order, with Lucky Skate as the recipient. There is no label included with letter shipments, so in that case, please take the package to Posti as a customer return using Lucky Skate Oy's return code 658183. Please package the product carefully so that it arrives intact.
The right of return does not apply to custom-made products or products personalized for the customer, nor, for hygiene reasons, to tights, leotards, underwear, face masks or bras.
We will charge a fee of €6.90 for any costs incurred by our company for deliveries that are not picked up from the office without a cancellation notice. In this case, the contract will expire and the payments for the purchased products will be returned to the customer's account.
All refunds are made through Klarna. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed after confirmation. The money is always refunded to the original payment method via Klarna.
Sales area
Our products can be ordered through the online store to Finland and Europe. If you are interested in ordering products to other countries, please contact us, for example by email info@luckyskate.fi. When shipping to other countries, the shipping costs of the order are determined by the country of delivery and the shipping costs are charged according to the actual shipping costs.
